WSU Tri Cities’ Multicultural club will be sponsoring a lecture tonight going along with black history month. Carver Gayton will be coming to WSU Tri Cities campus and talking about his many life experiences, some of which include playing football for UW in 1960 when they went to the Rose Bowl, being a FBI agent under J. Edgar Hoover in 1964, working for Lockheed Missiles and Space Co. as a security specialist, then returning to UW to coach football, moving on to The Boeing CO. where he worked as an official for 18 years, and now he has helped to open the Northwest African American Museum in Seattle. Carver Gayton has worn many hats but what is so amazing is that he has been successful in every position he has held. Carver Gayton will be speaking tonight at 7:30 pm in the Consolidated Information Center, room 120.
